Can you use unlocks at a LAN? Do you have to unlock them or can everyone use them even if they havent unlocked them online or do you have to unlock them first? Or can you only use them online? Any help will be greatly appreciated

You can unlock all unlocks for everyone, by checking a box in the dedicated server application.
