Well, I have heard from some good inf players that never use the single shot mode with assault rifles/carbines. I am not bad at inf myself (at least i think so), but i use the single shot mode a lot for long range shots.

Whats ur opinion about this?

i use it rarely.... if it catches my mind. but if u learn the recoil of the gns and the deviation, u dont have to

Never use it for CQC.
Only use it for long/medium range firing.

Also, you can get single/dual shots with full auto, just tap the mouse button really quickly, and you get 1 or 2 shots without having to switch between semi and auto.
