Up the resolution to 1280*1024 if you can, i did with that card and my fps increased.

Also make sure you have latest mobo&gfx card drivers.

Hmm...

Have you installed all the motherboard chipset, audio, etc drivers? These can make a big performance difference.

Are you now running anything in the background that you weren't before?

Have you done a full windows update where you hadn't before?

Are you using the same versions of all the drivers?

Any other differences between now and when you were getting better fps?

It appears as though Service pack 2 was causing my lag... weird?
I did a system restore to before I installed it and now my lag is gone... Only problem is I'm probably gonna get a nasty virus sooner or later.

o_O I was gunna say i get 40-60 FPS With everything on low(View distance Max) with my crappy Intel Celeron 2.93ghz 512mb ram and ATi Radeon 9500GE
