Actually, probably the Nazi Party. They started WWII. America just did their duty and joined in. Don't even start on the whole "they wouldn't have if they could have stayed out" argument, they were supporting the Allies long before Pearl Harbour.

Again, this video is not blaming any US president for starting a war, but showing how many American casualties there were under the rule of Reps and Dems.

There's obviously an agenda here, and I don't know if it tries to make out the stereotype of jingoist Republicans or tries the opposite by talking about all the wars under Democrats, but either way they still fail.

I wouldn't classify WWII or Korea as wars started by the US...and many of those weren't even "wars" (Iran Hostage rescue?, Interventions in Haiti?, Russian Expedition?), more like police actions.

EDIT: Also, the big jump has less to do with the american political system and more to do with increases in technology that make killing more efficient.
Nowhere it says the US started those wars.
True, but in your title it does mention party "responsibility", which has a fairly heavy implication.

Yes, the responsibility for sending people to a war, not for starting one.  When you are the government and you get involved in a war, you are responsible for your decisions.

"Numbers of Americans Killed/Wounded, by Action" and under that column is "Terrorism, World Trade Center", comon. As tragic as it was you don't count a one off terrorist attack a war! You cant have a war against a small organisation without any real link to specific countries.
