This is true. That's why Hitler wasn't able to conquer any other countries. Same with the Roman empire, Alexander the Great, Napoleon, Ghengis Khan, Kublai Khan, the Japanese in WWII, the British in India/China/Malaya, the French in Vietnam, Saladin, the Spanish in the Phillipines, the Soviet takeover of most of Eastern Europe and the Middle East, the Chinese in Tibet, etc, etc, etc. Foreign invaders always lose.

Map knowledge is Very important. I have seen very good squads change their server from Vanilla to SF, and get spanked very badly, only to switch back to Vanilla, and decide SF sucks.

knowing the map is the most important thing in bf2...i know pretty much every spawnpoint on most maps on all the flags

when trying to cap a flag, especially if your doing it solo and with no UAV support its vital knowing where the enemies will spawn

yup its very important... i know karkie like the half of my hand.... so when i see someone on the uav i will know what to do to kill him and where to go etc.... on the other hand if i play operation clean sweep i will never never know what to do or where to go... (NEVER NEVER FINISHED A ROUND ON THIS MAP AFTER 503HRS !!!!!) shiiittt why i am a karkand whore
