You poop when nervous because your instincts are telling you that you need to run away from what you are afraid off, and you can run faster and longer if you dump the unnecessary weight....
You're talking about the fight or flight syndrome which works the opposite of what you have described. Adrenaline increases, pupils dilate and the digestive/excretion shuts down. I do agree that it has to do with nerves/stress. I'm not bashing you on this, but I have had a multitude of it cramed down my throat for the last 3 years. Good guess though. +1

I will, however, review my notes to make sure I'm correct, so don't hold my feet to the fire on this one.
It all starts to run together in my head after awhile. Something new goes in and something old has to go out.

Emotionally, anxiety causes a sense of dread or panic and physically causes nausea, and chills. Behaviorally, both voluntary and involuntary behaviors may arise directed at escaping or avoiding the source of anxiety. These behaviors are frequent and often maladaptive, being most extreme in anxiety disorders. However, anxiety is not always pathological or maladaptive: it is a common emotion along with fear, anger, sadness, and happiness, and it has a very important function in relation to survival.

Cured.

Did some training yesterday, and I didn't do a massive one until lunch time, and that was solid!
