The idea is you don't answer the question you've been asked, you answer the one before.
If you're really clever you'll make sure that the response to the question before will seem like a funny answer to your question.
Remember, the first reply, can't answer because there was no question before, but they should still pose a question themselves.
E.g.:
Q) What's your name
A) ...
Q) Do you have a pet dinosaur?
A) John Smith
Q) Do you have a penis?
A) Yes, it's big and scary
Etc.....
Not sure how well this will work.
