If u can get it multiple times then the requirments double, IAR requirments stay the same.
ex.
200 h Commander
200 h Squad Leader

Just the the ingame requirements (45teamscore if I am right) again and you'll get it again. Just like Good Conduct medal, Action medal...

I am pretty sure you have to get the time req's twice and then the IAR again and you receive it for a second time.

The game needs commanders, and if there are only 12-24 players in an 64map the commander should be playing/running around IMO.Cbass wrote:

first time: 100h for each. second time, another 100h of each, etc just like air combat medal, for the second you need 10k kills, 200h, etc
same as any other medal.. you double the general requirements and redo the IAR requirement
