I am not contradicting myself because this video still isn't propaganda. Perhaps the video should say more about civilian deaths caused by insurgent fighters. However practically everything you see in the video is the result of the invasion of Iraq. So would mentioning this be relevent considering the video lasts 3 minutes?

No one is saying stop the war in Iraq. It shows you the cold reality of the war and lets you make your own decision. Some might see the rebel fighter with his machine and think the war should continue?

For example watch NBA CNN FOX etc etc then watch aljazeera tv. See a difference? It's not like one tells the correct version whilst the other releases propaganda material. It's just a difference of opinions/reporting attitudes.

You can watch aljazeera and their reports about Iraq and still be pro American. You can be for or against the war in Iraq and still be pro American. Whether it be either, you must support the troops.

Well if you hope I get cancer and die alone then im sorry you feel like that.

I was moved by the video, that is why i posted it in this forum.

I know more about Vietnam than must of average people look at my nickname it stands for the special forces school in country in the Nam.  My brothers died for nothing we were told that it was to stop Communism but in reality it was anything but that and when I mean for nothing   I say it because we accomplished nothing. the south was lost and we had to pullout from the rooftops of the us embassy

That video is utterly disturbing, but very moving and important too. I can ignore the song, as it adds commentary that doesn't need to be there, but as a whole, the video shows just what the war in iraq is.

Thats the thing. No one disagrees with killing for our survival. What is wrong is killing for our survival on whim and just not caring.

Well it seems to me, those countries that invaded Iraq atm and countries in places like Africa that have tyrannical regimes.

That was what i was getting at. Although Ikarti got banned for still images. Not footage of people getting shot, or the sound of someone crying, or asking for strength and protection in a dire time of need.  I was upset by the pics Ikarti posted cause he was digging for a fight with those pics.  Now still pics versus video.  The video was posted with the intent to piss people off.  And it seems I was mainly the only person truely pissed off by it.

Why did it piss you off so bad? I hear conservatives bash people who oppose being there, once again using that "liberal" word. I hear them bitch about democrats who are "undermining the war effort" and "using it as a political football".

As soon as you see a video of the soldiers doing thier job, you get "so pissed".
