My first one was probably Wolfstien back in the early 80's. Does that sound right?
Police Quest was awesome and I know that HAS to over 20 years ago.

I remember spending days looking for the right way in the level.
Than came Duke Nukem and I spend days giving cash to the strippers to see their boobs..... mmmmm.... booooobs.....
After that came Counter Strike and I spend eternity playing "mansion" with scoped and silenced M4a1 (sue me) and dust...
Now every new shooter I try, I own after just few hours

I loved my Amiga... and the games. At a time when the PC had 16 colours and the beep for sound the Amiga had 4096 colours and 4 channel 8bit mono audio. I could do more with my Amiga 500 six years after I got it than my friends could do with their $3000 486 machines.bobroonie.bda wrote:

just curious how long some of you have been playing these type of games. I never played one on the computer until battlefield, so it took me a while to grasp the keyboard mouse combo. Are most of the computer iwar games the same as far as keys to shoot and what not?
