Spastic is a correct, albeit old fashioned, term. We even had a charity in the UK called the Spastics society. My gran had motor neurone disease ffs and even she was called a spastic. Why anonymously edit the title?

I changed it because not everyone thought it to be a "correct" thing to say. It didn't change the actual content of the post.
