Clean them of what? Grit? Drivers don't need 'cleaning'.
If you want to do maintenance for drivers, Update them. Google the brand/model.
Next someone will say they want to clean their registry...

If you were to remove drivers, Windows wouldn't know how to use hardware devices (like printers or video cards or shit). There is no risk/detriment in having extra drivers on your computer. In fact its a good thing.
It sounds as though something malicious on your computer is telling you to do something*. I gave you AVGAS to shut it up. AVGAS won't remove drivers because there is no necessity to do so.

Driver Cleaner Pro is a good program. I use it every time I try new video or sound card drivers to ensure that all traces of old drivers are wiped away.
