Here's a report about a group of Hamas who attempted to plant a bomb at a security barrier. The sheer nerve of the al-Qassam to say that they will retaliate because they're attempt to plant a bomb was foiled is almost laughable. They're basically saying that the bomb should of been allowed to be planted.

I say Israel should go for the roman school of counter-terrorism. Build a great big wall, patrol the top of it, and occasionally throw spears at anyone approaching the wrong side. That worked perfectly fine for keeping Scotland out, until the empire collapsed from the inside and people dismantled the wall to make walls for sheep.

Well thats terrorist for ya. I think that Isreal should have started a major anti-terrorist campaing after the 7-days war to root out all hamas, and hezbollah , and other terrorist organizational leaders. If you hit them hard early they wont be able to recouperate.

That's what the 6-day war was all about. It was also the catalyst FOR the terrorism, as Israel lashed out and grabbed land while crippling any resistance in all of 6 days and everyone suddenly realised they were horribly, horribly outclassed.
