Firstly i searched and tried all the methods suggested. reinstalling, and allowing PB A and B in services didnt work...

I am capped atm is that why this is happening?

Anyhow...HOW DO U ALLOW PB using just he normal windows firewall????? I think that maybe the problem. Im using XP an XP OS.

FK PB and their blowass updates, for ruining my gaming experience these past few days (just though i'd add this in to relieve some tension)
