I'll tell you this. When the Americans changed French Fries to Freedom Fries. It made them look a whole lot more stupider than the French. Who weren't stupid in the first place, so what if they didn't support your war? Honestly... they made such a big deal about it.

"The Americans" did not change French Fries to Freedom Fries. "Americans filled to the brim with patriotic bullshit" changed French Fries to Freedom Fries. Everyone I know thought it was a stupid idea and mocked it.
