I'm split on this. On the one hand I'm thinking "how convenient", but on the other I'm wondering whether you guys are just pissing into the wind with these reconstruction efforts.

If anyone from the UK saw the dispatches episode about the US reconstruction effort, you'll already know that most of these projects were fucked up well before the Iraqis got anywhere near them.
