Not often considered to be a villain, though, really.

I always liked Venom, personally.  Never shut the hell up while pounding on Spiderman.  And Topher Grace is great as Eddie Brock/Venom in the new movie, really captures him.

Yeh....just realised that it said villian, then who ever the villian was in that coz evertone looked cool in that movie
