Don't think you can simply add it,
may be link your ppt to a .html file?
or download the youtube movie via some sort of youtube downloader (just google) and embedd the movie

Here you go, I hope this helps you out:

1. Get firefox
2. Get Video Downloader (from here).
3. Download youtube video.
4. Find a video convert program (many free ones are availabe for download off of Google) and convert it to MPEG
5. Open powerpoint.
6. Go on Insert > Movies and sounds > Movie from file and then find the clip.
