Man to me ive been playing alot lately, but you guys with over 50,000 points, is this your only goal in life. I dont know but what else do you guys do , aside always playing BF2. Do you work are you unemployed, go to college, what how do you balance battlefield 2 and a normal life.(please dont flame) just thoughts...
I'm not addicted to it or play it alot only when im in the mood or bored havent played in 3 days. I'm going to be a pornstar in a few years.
ha ha ha ha, keep um coming what do you guys do???
I was being serious my penis is gonna look like a chocolate bar in a few years from all those blonde anal whores man
This is the only game I play and has been for a while... I still want to play the most current Doom (though I hear it is boring) and Half Life 2 (of course) but I have been mostly concentrating on this. I still have to finish up Command and Conquer Generals but can't seem to find the time. I work full time, been out of university since 90 and my girlfriend lives 4 hours away. Not sure why I am so addicted to it since I am not very good. My K/D ratio for weapons is around .43 although my total K/D ratio is around 1.13. Thank god for getting kill credits for being commander...
If battlefield didnt have the ranking system and medals i wouldnt have put the hours i have into it can then it would just be another boring shooter.
So that really helped and made this game fun besides the game being fun its self of course.
But i spend my time mostly on rpg games but i hardly ever play any games cause they are usually crap.
Tons of good stuff comming out in March this year.

although i do get very angry while playign at times, i find it relaxing, has anyone seen this thing they call the "son" some |_|Be12 |_||\||_Ee+ |\|0oB$ told me about it once when they werent playing bf2
I am in the Air Force Honor Guard and spend time with my wife and child. BF2 is my game of choice once they go to bed.
During the day I design and update websites for a major cruise line. I play usually play BF2 for a couple of hours a night after work. Around 7:30pm I stop, pick the g/f up from work and then spend the rest of the evening with her.
Here is my life i go to college fulltime. Work one weekend a month with the ANG. I'm currently a Senior Airman working on Staff Srgt. The weekends i have free i spend drunk with college buddies and screwing my current g/f. So yeah i would say i have a life outside BF2.
I go to college and I'm doing a Games Technology course, which involves game designing, 3d modelling, hardware, about the gaming industry, learning about the different roles ect. It's really quite good and I get to go to e3 this year.
I also work at dominos pizza delivering pizzas, which isnt fun, but the £600 at the end of the month is.
I have got a girlfriend too whom i see a lot.
I play other games like Quake 4, Half Life 2, CS:S + Chronicles of riddick + splinter cell CT

Yes.
Oh you want more? Yada, same as everyone else, work 12 hours/4d, rotating to 3(spend about 4 hrs at work on this forum laughing) , meaning I have 3/4 full days off to do whatever. Have a wife working full-time works airlines so we travel, go to the dunes and quad in the desert , my skimmer(boat) is getting fixed this year and part of last, play basketball/paintball, built fireplace and in the process of building BBQ area out of block. Avid basketball fan ( have the NBA Ticket) watch most games everyday. And doing this with 2 dogs/wife needing attention constantly, at 34 I still find time to play BF2 3 hours a day. I need to get more sleep. Yeah, it's addicting --

The only other life I have is pain in the ass school, and T.V. when I can't play BF2.
Ifter 50,000 I'm tired of it and took a break(like 1mnts or so)... But now I'm back and will go for 200,000 oh uh lol. Before 50,000 I was playing alot, now I will play less I think, because of 200,000 :S Its like 140 days for me lol, so I take my time.
I also play quake3 (yes old skool )
btw I'm going for the bio major , but its kinda long way. + I work hmmm lets say milk products delivery and grading
P.S. I'm not addicted to BF2, but I admit that I'm addicted to my comp

Tend to play in the daytime when I'm on night shifts in that time when you're too awake to sleep and too tired to do anything requiring much in the way of brain power. Fucking hate shifts but that's the NHS for you. The rest of the time I'm too busy too squeeze much time in other than when the mrs is watching tat TV!
play every night for a few hours when kids have gone to bed...tv sucks over here! part from the odd docu on discovery, go to work occasionally, uni once a week....only play cos of the rank system it makes it more interesting i guess.
It is quite easy to have over 50,000 points and still have a life. First off, most of those players have been playing since last June when the game was released. That is ~8500 points per month, or ~270 per day. With a SPM of 2 (quite acheivable) you would need to average 2 hours and 15 minutes of play per day. Now if you are like me and binge for 6-8 hours on a Saturday, you really don't need to play much more during the week to reach the amount of time needed to get that kind of a score.
As far as other activities/games, I am single and not dating. Thus outside of work I have plenty of free time. I usually have a non-BF2 Teamspeak server open with my friend talking while I play. I play other style games (RPGs - currently Star Ocean:Til the End of Time - and RTSs - currently Rise of Nations) but I dropped playing other first person shooters for the last several months (except the occasional SW:Battlefront II with my friends).
Like so many others, the main reason this game dominates my game selection is the point/rank system. It is so addicting to try and increase my global score, grab medals and badges and improve my stats (SPM and K/D ratios).

Whan I am not playing bf2 I:
Raise my Youngan (when he isn't playing BF2)
Play poker at card clubs
Drink Vodka on the weekends with my friends, and try not to get slapped by girls
Get it on with my broad
So basically, when I'm not being Dad, or playing BF2, I am a hard drinking, card playing fornicator.
