Seeing as this is a video game forum, it seems like a relevant question.

My girlfriend and I have been dating for a few months. We did everything together...well, almost everything. We had a very open relationship, but what she didn't know is that I would often flake out on dates so I could raid with my WoW guild. I'd give her some excuse along the lines of having a project due or something like that.

Anyway, yesterday she wanted me to tell her that I love her, so i did. It was late and I was sleepy. Now she's changed everything, such as her voice mail saying how much she likes me, and now she calls like every 3 hours. I have realized with Mass Effect, Halo 3, and GTA IV on the way, and that I just opened my first Oblivion gate, I won't be having time for this. She wants me to work with her and come see her everyday. I just want to tell her no but I'm not sure how without her trying to kill me or herself. She is very emotionally unstable--that's how I met her.

No way, not if you want to keep her that is. If she's not kooler than video games then you shouldn't be hanging out with her. Don't worry though the withdrawals aren't that bad & if you're honest with her about needing game time almost everyday she might even let you play once & a while
Always put her first you should want too , if you don't then maybe re think your position. Her telling you to say I love you to her doesn't make it so, from the sounds of it that is too soon. If I were you I'd ride it out & see what happens, just remain kool.

If you really don't like her that much then there's your answer. The poon is a powerful weapon against the weak and you have to decide whether or not this particular, emotionally unstable chick is worth it or not. You sound a lot more enthusiastic about gaming than you do spending time with her, and from what you've said about her, I don't blame you... so I really see no reason to stress yourself to death about the situation. Just let her go. You seriously don't want that kind of excess baggage pulling you down. There are millions of other available women out there... just don't ever put games before serious, real life shit. Good luck.
