For those of you with WMP 11 and Firefox..

that should fix the problem with embedded WMP files in firefox I.E. Putfile. before i used to get an "install missing plugin" error and the plugin would be a link to the WMP 11 download, which i already had. however, this fixes all that.

You are a lifesaver! I was getting so pissed off with the PC's at Uni because of this. Now I can listen to everything I've ever wanted to!

Wow. I was wondering why this problem was occuring. I guess Microsoft never thought about Firefox to start with. I thought it was a problem with vista.

I dont have that problem, i have a problem where if i click on open file it crashes the program.
