I think it's too fast i waste an entire clip on burst faster then i do with the g36k on full auto. So what do you think?

If it was slower it would have no chance vs the 101 in close combat.
I think that the M16A2 is fine.... i guess you just need to get used to it.

m16 is fine. If you are using a whole clip on someone with it then you cant aim.

I'm only posting this because i have gotten so used to the PR M16, It's slower then the Vanilla version but faster then the Ak.
It actually takes me about 15 shots with it to kill someone,12 with the g36e, and 10-15 with the g36k.Titch2349 wrote:

Long range i can kill people in 3-4 shots.
Closeish range i can kill someone in 3-4 bursts
In f2f situations....I panic and keep firing and firing..... and i wouldn't class myself as anywhere near the best.
Just keep practising, and you will be rewarded with a weapon owns every other weapon hands down (including the AK in some situations)

Single shot is the way.
the m16 is fun to say the least. I like the looks better then the g36e and it sounds better also. Although sometimes in CQC I get mad at myself for gettting killed. I tell myself I probably could have killed the guy with a g36e! But when someone is running around in circles right in front of you i tend to miss them with burst guns. This is why i love to play mec with the AK.

M16 needs to be slightly more accurate in burst, and slightly less accurate single shot long range.
I never really use it as i don't like the look of it.
I do however use the Ak101,and when up against the M16 it seems slow,if they don't get the first burst on me then they're dead.

The M16 is really hard to get used to if your someone like me whos a G36E or Ak101 or L85A1 user most of the time, I switched to M16 and I have been doing ok definetly a lot less kills but its been fun to try a new gun

M16 should have higher ROF, as it is the ak still has the upper hand in almost all circumstances if you're a good shot
with higher ROF the M16 would deviate like crazy on burst at longer ranges but it would finally own the ak in CQC
