Wolverine! Spiderman could never hurt him enough to render him useless and his webbing wouldnt work to great due to Wolverine's claws being able to cut them. Unless he gets his arms pinned by the webbing, which shouldnt happen if I know Wolverine's skill well enough, this fight goes in favor of Wolverine.
Well, Wolverine is practically invincible, so I'd go with him.

wolverine would tear spiderbitch apart.
i'd have to say wolverine. spidey is fast and nimble as fuck, but wolverine can take a tremendous beating, and it only takes one swipe of the claw to fucking rip spidey in two. also, with those claws, the webbing is just about useless against him.
