Just a rant

Bought a new receiver 5 weeks ago, today it dies. Called the Sony store, thought I could bring it back for a new one. Ya, right, they told me to take it a repair shop. WTF, think they would just give me a new one, instead i'll wait weeks for the damn thing to get repaired. What a joke.

Haha I bought a w810i from them (phone) three months later the charger dies on me. And they want me to drive 2 fucking hours to the nearest store to get a new one?? Ha. Yea, they suck but make kickass stuff. My digi cam is still workin fine though...

go at the store, say you wanna talk with the manager, and push him to give you a new one, dont stop making him fell bad, scream in the shop, tell him you just bought it 5 days ago tis brand new blabla usally its like 14 days to replace an article if you still have the bill. Just keep screaming on him and telling him you want a new one he will give up and just exchange it to let you go
