They're called Chavs here and are a growing problem mainly resulting from our shit state education system. Chav parents are also to blame. If I had kids I'd do everything to make sure they were educated privately. I was learning Latin at 6 years old at my prep school and went to a state school for the day as an open day thing and they were all playing in the sand and hand painting. I'm all for letting kids be kids but keep the learning at school and the playtime for home.

So you aren't dismissing the story like everybody else because you dislike the link?
