I saw the Governor of Kansas on the news this morning and she said over 50% of their National Guard equipment, front end loaders, dump trucks etc. has been shipped to Iraq. She also said they have 3 helicopters for the entire state of Kansas. I guess now that they are needed for their natural disaster people are starting to take notice.
