Post five pictures that sum up your country and everything it stands for as succinctly as possible...
Not quite what Ireland stands for as a whole, as you can't sum that in 5 pics. But purely, of what i experience whenver i go home.
Ireland
Tri-Colour - Patriotism

Loch Erne - Peace

Guinness - Relaxation

Clays - Sport ( I'm getting pretty good using my uncles 12 at this)

Protest - Past Violence (Thank god, not on the scale it used to be)

Now, im sure Cam could tear my views to shreds, however, this is how i see my home.

Small hourglass island
Always raining and foggy
Use an umbrella

First 1 to guess it gets a karma.
*Note: Most off these are stereotypes*

Amsterdam FTW!
gotta love the sex museum lol

Seremaker. How can you have a picture of a semi-nude person and then say you have strong faith? I mean shit... I wonder what Jesus would say about that LOL.
Anyway...
There isn't much you can say about the UK. What's there to be proud of when you're the laughing stock of Europe.
One image will sum up this country.

Seriously, nowadays. It's like every fucking kid (white, black, brown, yellow) acts like a Chav over here.

New Zealand:
Well, we like to think we're fairly scenic:
Porn hotlink, hooray
Similarly we're also a bunch of tree-hugging hippy environmentalists, we're nuclear free and do our part to save our endangered species and whatnot:

Everyone's into the local culture - even though most of us a white most of us know and can perform the/a Haka, or at least count to ten in Maori. :

New Zealand's national sport is rugby and we're not that bad at it:

Hmm what else...
Okay, this is a movie poster from "King Kong" Of recent NZ's film industry is doing pretty good thanks mostly to one Peter Jackson and one Weta Workshop. All the locations in this movie were under an hour from my house, (the 1930s New York was shot less just around the corner from me.)

My turn! (NOTE: I consider New York to be a separate state, hell, country, from the rest of the United States, therefore my 5 pictures will be based solely upon New York City.)

In order, from left to right:
1. Chinatown, Manhattan - Where I grew up (though not where I lived) through elementary school.
2. Bedford Park, The Bronx - Home of the Bronx High School of Science, now attended by the one and only, moi.
3. Fresh Meadows, Queens - Where I actually live.
Notice the awesome commutes I had to (and still have to) make to get from home to school.
The logo of my nerd-a-licious school:

Possibly the best damn place in all of Queens:

Possbily the best feature of aforementioned place:

And, of course, the pride and joy of my parents' tax money:

Our National Sport:

A movie that everyone seems to know, except WE OURSELVES:

Sachertorte ^^

Red Bull:

Natascha Kampusch:

That's it, so no Mozart for today
Edit:
I somehow forgot about him:

Not where I'm from, but where I live; much more interesting.

Muay Thai, our national sport - according to the Discovery Channel it can beat Xiaolin-grade Kung Fu.

Elephant Soccer, our second national sport.

Our over-crowded malls featuring goods cheaper than dirt.

Annual Royal Longboat Procession and the Temple behind

And... our amazing transvestite prostitution economy.

For those of you inclined in that direction:
Our sexy male Kangaroos.

Hey AlphA! That windmill in your post is the Foxton windmill! That's just over an hours drive from my place! My Dad sponsored it's construction, (through his work,) and opened it when it was built.
