hi there i have just installed bfhq and registered it with ea games and i have had a few medals and they are not in my awards in the BFHQ how can they be saved??????? plz help

The medals should be in your BFHQ you just have to go to the proper page.

It probably hasn't been updated yet. Don't worry its worked for everybody else just give it time. Don't worry about your rewards right now just keep playing the game. The awards will show up soon.
