Hi guys just a quickie, I bought this joystick a few months ago and only started using it in the last 2-3 weeks. I find that when I want to lean the joystick in a direction it's quite rigid and doesn't move smoothly sometimes it sometimes takes a bit of a push to move it. Does anyone else get this? Does it take even more wearing in? Or should I squirt some WD40 on there or something?

WD40 won't do any good, it's not a lubricant. Use a teflon-based lubricant.

I have the exact same model. I used mine for around 120hours of flying till it wouldnt respond turning left at all. Its pointless to go to a repair shop so you may need to buy another one.

I didn't like the spring action. I removed the spring with a Dremel rotary tool. It is very floppy now but it does what I want it to do when I want it to. No more fighting the damned spring.

I have forgotten whether or not it has a spring tension adjustment. I seem to recall that it does, but that I still didn't like it.

WD40 ---->NO
