G Mod Matrix!

I got G Mod the other day. No idea why because I really don't need another time waster, (here is enough.)
Regardless after just getting the hang of it I made a few scenes. Nothing great but still:

Its shit as a map. Do it on the original HL2 maps or something.

I'm using the one you get off Steam at the moment - I got it two days ago. I am of couse a nub at it, but I'm pretty siure it is the latest version.

speaking of Gmod, can anyone tell me why I get insane amounts of "stuttering" my FPS doesn't chug, and my connection is rock solid, but characters, animations, loading etc all slow down MASSIVELY, they warp etc, and the sight of the least bit of models/vehicles and such, Gmod9 ran fine on a crappier system than my current computer,

is there any fix for this? turn all the graphcis settings down?
