From your beloved New York Times:

http://www.nytimes.com/2007/05/10/washi … mp;emc=rss

WASHINGTON, May 9 — Moderate Republicans gave President Bush a blunt warning on his Iraq policy at a private White House meeting this week, telling the president that conditions needed to improve markedly by fall or more Republicans would desert him on the war.
Anyone out there actually think conditions will improve by fall? Is this truly the beginning of the end for Bush's Iraqi 'crusade'?

The problem is that our media refuses to show whatever gains are being made.  You will find sceptics answer to this post and say "There are no gains-this war is a waste."

The media has done a phenominal job making Bush look like such a moron that no one believes him when he says something, and he's the only one saying that good things are happening.

The problem is, the truth isn't getting out.

In fairness Bush seems to have FOX news fully on his side, FOX seem reluctant to ever say anything bad about Bushy, I certainly can't remember them bad mouthing him. I notice a lot of people on this on forum harping on about the 'liberal biased media'...wtf?

Show me the truth.

edit:
And since its going so well, let Bush suit up his daughters for combat. Cheney's kid can go too. McCain can lose the kevlar in the Iraq market and Cheney never was really close to being mortared in the greenzone.

FUCK!

Im so misinformed.

As you're clearly so well informed as to how the world is, why don't you tell us? I mean, you obviously know a lot more than all that damn biased liberal media.

So the truth is not getting out in the media, your thoughts not mine.  Why are the Republicans telling Bush things need to improve quickly or they will bail on him?  Secondly, why are they telling him news coming from the war front cannot come from him, or his office.  The reason,. NO CREDIBILITY!!!!  Surely the Republicans would be hearing good news, if there were any, correct?
