hey,

I have had a G15 now for a few months now and never actually experienced any problems with it, untill recently everytime I activate the LCD screen, with what ever programm its only a matter of time before my PC reboots itself. I run the usuall Logitech LCD programms that come with the software and the BF2 and TS G15 mods. The weird thing, with those two mods I don't seem to have any problems, but when I like activate the LCD Clock or LCD Media player it does temp to make my PC reboot.

In short, does anyone know why the LCD program is making my PC reboot itself and if you know why, could you tell me how to fix it?

If its for any use, my specs are:

AMD Athlon 3800+
K9N SLI mobo
7600 GT 256 mb
2 GB PC 6400 G.E.I.L RAM
160 GB Western Digital HD
430 watt PSU.

Thnx in advance.

OK, PROBLEM IS FIXED, I UPDATED THE PROGRAM AND SO FAR I'M NOT HAVING ANY PROBLEMS, THNX TO EVERYONE WHO TRIED TO HELP ME OUT +1 to you

Removed / re-installed the software for it? Or download a newer version if there is one. Other than that I don't know I'm not keen on Logitech hardware so I tend to avoid it.

Yeah, but when I try to install it, it says it doesn't support my processor or sumthing? hax?

Driver update? Check if everything is up-to-date on your comp.
Is the Windows a legit version?
Quote exactly what it says and take a screenie.

Which means: The installation package is not supported for this type of processor. Please contact the supplier? of  the product.

I CAN install the 32 bit one, but not the 64 bit. And I'm 100% sure that I have a 64 bit processor.

Do you have a 64 bit version of Windows tho?

EDIT: To expand a little on what I'm saying, that error is from Windows Installer not the setup file you got from Logitech, what it's basically saying is Windows Installer can't use a 64 bit CPU (which is what the install file for your keyboard is asking it to do if it's the x64 version).

The 64 bit driver is for a 64bit operating system not CPU !!

Which version did you DL? Are you sure you didn't make the mistake of DL'ing Vista drivers?

That should work, or on the left, try the 64-bit one...If you have not already.

No I made sure I downloaded the XP version. And both downloaded the 32 bit and 64 bit version. But I just found out I'm not running a 64 bit windows, so I installed the 32 bit version and so far so good. Thanks anyway
