Nice touch.

In contradiction there is also 4-6 threads started each day that states the opposite view without anybody complaining about THAT.Cerpin_Taxt wrote:
You just love posting negative news about the US, don't you? I mean, seriously, you make like 4-6 of these threads a day. Is there ANYTHING else you guys "debate" here?

Sounds like they have what it takes to work at Gitmo, a transfer is my bet.Mason4Assassin444 wrote:
Maybe Bush will pardon them. He has experience in pissing and SHITTING on civilians.
For the last time, the BBC does not get any funding for adverts so it doesn't care about profit and ratings.M.O.A.B wrote:
I also find it strange when all the good things they do such as those in the videos Kmarion posted are not broadcast on the BBC, strangely enough the BBC only ever shows bad stuff that's happening, guess its all profit and ratings.
You don't seem to understand much about the BBCs funding.M.O.A.B wrote:

Thats awesome. No doubt about it. But it doesn't justify what the other soldier has done.Kmarion wrote:

Well alright then the BBC gets its funding some other way, but that wasn't the point, the BBC still only ever puts out bad news like most other networks, I've yet to see something good related with US troops put out by the BBC. (Note this, I said I'VE yet to see, this don't mean it hasn't happened or won't happen and I see the BBC most nights, although if anyone can show me evidence I'll go back to sleep)Bertster7 wrote:

I can agree with this if the soldiers are guilty.JahManRed wrote:
Its incidents like this that undo all the good work being done by the Solders who genuinely care and are trying to make a difference.
Its unforgivable to execute innocent Iraqis in revenge for a comrades death. You can bet the children and families of these executed men will have an AK in their hands as soon as, perpetuating the cycle of violence.
Justice must be seen to be done, the families need closure.
They confessed after another soldier blew the whistle. According to the OP article.ATG wrote:

On every news channel even Al Jazera, daily, they show solders patrolling and doing their jobs. That is the good side.M.O.A.B wrote:

I wouldn't try and justify this if Palestinians did it. This was just plain wrong.usmarine2005 wrote:
Sad thing is, if Palestinians did this, you would find a way to justify it.
The only opinions being thrown into the mix at the BBC are the journalists opinions themselves. I'm doing some work for the BBC (indirectly - I'm working on a pitch for a Horizon program about the Pentagon funding research into cyborg cockroaches and stuff, it's pretty interesting) at the moment and it really doesn't seem to be influenced by external funding.Parker wrote:

i mean there is money that they use, the people that read the news dont do it out of the kindness of their hearts. whoever has money can get what they want on the air.
