Wow, to all the people who said J-10. The F-18 is good if not better, J-10 is a pussy fighter, not even really a fighter. If it's a J-10 against and F-18, the chances of winning are almost equal.
Now are we talking in-game or real life here? Some of the choices are obviously not in game but wanted clarification.

I really don't think the J-10 is god-like or anything...It's much slower than most of the fighters, but has high maneuverability. The reason why the J-10 ass rapes the F-35 is because the heat source the J10's missiles are tracking is MUCH larger than what the F35's (and it's like...second longer lock-on time) missiles are tracking. I don't know if this is the reason, but I definitely use it as an excuse when I get downed by a J10.

Actually, the MiG-29 is the best. Every jet it has to fight in BF2 is worse. On top of that, it is far nicer to control making it easy to gun and bomb targets. The J-10 handles like a dog in comparison, it simply turns fast and dodges missles. On top of that, the MiG takes some skill to use (no brainless missle dodging)
J-10: easy fighting, worse at fighting ground targets/choppers
MiG-29: harder learning curve, far more effective at fighting every kind of target
