Don't even get me started on religion.Cerpin_Taxt wrote:
Also, that article is a load of BS:If you live in the United States, it's time to worry – better yet, it's time for you to pray (as those who pray have nothing to fear). And don't make the mistake of praying to one of the numerous false religions plaguing the Earth – you need to pray to Jesus Christ, who died for your sins so that you can be saved from the coming wrath.
Well, I, personally didn't. But, yeah, I know.usmarine2005 wrote:

Yes. Whilst I like individual Americans, and wish them personally no harm, I dislike the US as a country and think the world would be a better place without it.
Should a mother love her serial-killer son regardless of the evil in him?
Assault Rifle ban ftl!
lol. I can't even respond to that. Too busy laughing.Scorpion0x17 wrote:

Should the Irish like you? Since you forced so many into starvation which forced a lot of them to come to the US.
I read the web page, then I got to the last sentence and had a big sigh of relief.
"And don't make the mistake of praying to one of the numerous false religions plaguing the Earth – you need to pray to Jesus Christ, who died for your sins so that you can be saved from the coming wrath."

A good proportion of the Irish population don't like us. And they're right not to.usmarine2005 wrote:

So, I'll ask again, should a mother love her serial-killer son regardless of the evil in him?

Please explain how we are "serial killers?"Scorpion0x17 wrote:

ill bite.....the mother would be just as much of a sociopath for not loving her serial killer son.
though i fail to see where this comparison is going.

I think he's suggesting that the US are serial killers.Parker wrote:

(Hur Hur Hur...haven't heard that one before!)
Our soldiers, who obviously are the ones making the decisions to go to war, inadvertently (98% of the time) kill civilians. Since this has happened a lot since OIF started, these killings have been serial. Duh!Parker wrote:

You probably know the list of wars the US initiated better than I.usmarine2005 wrote:

i know, its just that comparison was particularly lame.Cerpin_Taxt wrote:

My advice is to ignore these hot-headed younger users who can't think rationally.Hurricane wrote:

And, no I don't blame individual soldiers - as I said, it is the country I dislike, not the people.
Also, the point was actually that usmarine said "you created it" in response to me saying "I don't like the US" - just because we created it does not mean we have to like it.

Would a mother be mad if the son did what she did?
Well, if this whole thing happens, I'm pretty much fucked. I live in NYC, and I'm about a mile or less away from a major Hispanic neighborhood. Oh well. If I survive the nuclear blast, then I'll slap on my steel helmet, put on some combat gear, grab my hatchet, some knives, and a metal pole. Then I would probably hide in the storage room of my building, then wait until night to emerge and asses the damage.

Hell yes. It is the responsiblity of a parent to raise their children not to make the same mistakes they made.usmarine2005 wrote:

You just used an analogy comparing the individual soldier to an evil serial killer striving for his mother's love.Scorpion0x17 wrote:

What mistakes? From previous threads, you all seem proud of your colonies and such.Scorpion0x17 wrote:

No. The analogy was comparing the US as a country to an evil serial killer.Cerpin_Taxt wrote:

To Scorpion0x17. The UK defiantly isn't an innocent little virgin. How the fuck dare you hope that America's people are massacred by the millions. If you said that to my face I would probably beaten the shit out of you until your face resembled a pool of bloody stool.

You aren't fooling anyone.
i was waiting for it, and there it is. confirmation of one of the worst analogies ive ever seen.
We are both proud and ashamed - proud of what they have become - ashamed at what we did - the history of British colonial rule is run through with horrific abuse of those we ruled over.usmarine2005 wrote:
