are you trying to make your own to be hosted on a server, or make one through yahoo or something. i dont know about a website, but programs like dreamweaver have templates preinstalled...
Im trying to make a commercial website. I have only just recently decided to open up a Football (Soccer) shop and thought making a website would be a good idea.

A Google for "web templates" finds heaps. http://www.freelayouts.com/templates/website has some not too shabby templates. They're also that Web 2.0 gloopy glossy look which is what all the kids are doing these days.

forget templates, they are too generic.

go to www.clantemplates.com and click on free templates and they have free ones and premium ones or custom ones.
