I have a Logitech G7 mouse...i havent touch the settings within my mouse...but i dont remember the settings i had in game for bf2...but ive tried putting the sensitivity as low as .30...to like 5.0 like i had it back in the day...and its just rediculously sensitive and i dont know how to change it....does anyone know?

please help...i went from being great at TVing and what not to absolute garbage!  I was scorin 70-100+ pts per round now im scorin like 20 lol!  i cant play like this!  The rediculous sensitivity is only in game too....not doin normal everyday stuff on the computer...

Ah, I had that problem too with my G5... Now if only I could remember what I did to fix it...

I forget, but try uninstalling setpoint and then reinstalling it.

i think the logitech software is downloadable from logitech.com...probably a good idea in case it was a bug in that version or something...

EDIT: linky

i still manage to play well with small arms (m16, g36k, ak 47) with a high DPI mouse (1600) and defult ingame settings, i just got done with getting almost solid golds in a karkaland session (i've been trying my hand at flying recently and wanted some infantry again) and can aim really well with it being so sensitive instead of always feelings like i come around like a slug

What he's talking about is a bug that causes the mouse to be at 2000 DPI in-game and the in-game sensitivity setting to be all the way up, even though the settings bar is at the same place. (It's a hard bug to explain...) It seems like the DPI is at 3000.

Try to change sensitivity in BF. Did you tryed custome settings, drop the dpi to 400.

I cant remember exactly but, there is a thing to turn off in the G5 settings ( something to do with game profiles)

or just unplug and plug it back in when bf2 starts.Thats what i did for a year !

alright ive tried uninstalling/reinstalling the set-point software...ive tried updating the G7's drivers from the logitech website...and it is still doign it....the mouse works perfectly fine untill i get literally in game where i am choosing my kit and all that...then the dpi jumps to like 2000! I cant even play!
