ATI Radeon HD 2900XT driver bug with AA modes!

many of you guys have been asking why the hell 8800GTS and sometimes even the previous gen X1950XTX has won 2900xt in benches when using anti-aliasing modes.
The reason is: driver issue. this will be fixed soon with updated drivers. (I hope )

Here the AA is working and see, it kicks 8800GTS butt.

Here we can see what happens when drivers fail. even x1950xtx is faster, lol.

and no. I'm not fanboi of any company. I would still get a 8800 instead because 2900xt has LOUD FAN and crazy power requirements.
*BEWARE, 2900XT HAS REALLY LOUD FAN AND TEMPS ARE AT 90c!*

but for gfx cards i just have whats the best at the time

i know its not the best now but i get some damn good frames from it

lol, stop it now. truce? both of you are right. 2900xt needs more power, actually about 50 watts. which is not that a lot but it does make heat more. more power -> more heat
and it's 100w more in crossfire than 8800GTX SLi
heat and fan noise are far more worse issues than power requirements. anyways it doesn't matter cuz I bought a 750w PSU hah.

8800 Ultra (not GTX!)
371 Watt

HD 2900 XT
400 Watt

Even if it beats the 8800gts by 20fps I would still buy it because its 100$ cheaper
