wtf are you talking about
I don't have a screen shot to back up what I saw, but I joined a game with Bush Viper and he was cursing out several players.  He was a spectator for most of the game.  I remember he was a very competitive person who wanted the jets more than anyone else.  I've met many non top 10 players but generals nonetheless who on VOIP are some of the most high strung people who do not like to lose and often have to deal with people accusing them of hacking and whatnot.  I tend to stay away from the top players now and instead play on servers where I know most of the people are +/- 3 ranks from me.   This is just my preference.

That is what I was talking about unless you know him differently.

As I said for Black Jesus, he never said a word and seemed like a normal player for most of the time.  Exceptional, but not high strung.

I used to play with him alot a while ago and even spoke to him on voice and he is not like that at all.
Maybe it was a bad day for him.  It just seems like the server goes crazy when one of these players joins.  Take for example Firestarter;  I was there with OFOA Dirtracer when firestarter came in and was kicked for some comment he made 10 minutes in the game.

Of course, OFOA kicks for any abusive, offensive, or vulgar language.  I prefer servers like this because it keeps all the bitchings and whining to a minimum and forces people to get even not all bent out of shape typing incoherent insults across the screen when I'm flying the Cow-like Hind into a tree.

However, I would recommend they do something about the whole "cockpit" thing.

In any case, I would be paranoid playing the game as a top10 always trying to maintain my rank and/or ability to kill; not to mention that admins would love to ban me just to say they could.  I'm not a sociopath that couldn't care less.  I tend to play serious 85% of the time, and I know being at the top would earn me bannings left and right because I would want to defend myself and my actions if they questioned me.  Yet, of course, arguing with an admin is just pointless because it gives them a better reason to ban.

I just leave if I am thinking of something worth a ban.  This game has to be played in moderation.  Anyone who can sit in a rape fest awaiting a purple heart 8 hours a day without yelling a curse word is full of crap.  Yes, I'm one of the few that doesn't switch teams because I'm not winning.  This is why I know that I will never be in the top 10 unless 90% of the community goes out and buys STALKER or Halo 3.  Unlikely and probably will not have the ROI that BF2 has.

As for Bush Viper, I didn't want to say he was always a bad person.  I know it sounds crazy, but some people actually judge these higher levels as role models or people they want to emulate.  BF2 was and may still be the NBA of video games; everyone wants to be a chuck norris lone wolf guy who can take down the enemy team single handed with a slam dunk.  After all, how many times have you seen a corporal with a PKM trying to shoot down a passsing jet?

If this were half-life, CS-S, or even UNREAL T, people wouldn't care about the stats or play the way they do.  Strangely enough though, BF Vietnam and 1942 was not short of chopper whores or stuka bombers raping carriers or airfields, but no one cared if I team killed someone for the jet.  For one thing, we had maps that were all air and plenty of airplanes to satisfy even the worst case scenario 12 year old.  Take for example the mod POE, now that's the way BF2 should have been.  Yet, sadly I am hooked into the ranking stuff and hate myself for being so concerned with it all.

All things considered, we have this great website that broadcasts to the world who is the best at everything, and I can't help it if I happen to constantly look at him and wonder what that person did to get where he got and how he plays in a game.  I don't think they are all terrible, but it's just like a job interview; the first 10 minutes with that person determines everything.  And for me, BushViper was not the jolly green giant.

Looking at firestarter he seems like a bit of a nade whore, as well as an armor whore (though that's not as bad).
