That looks like a Terran Marine on the right in the loading animation. I'm 80% sure it's something related to Starcraft.
Ive been trying to find it too. Im pretty sure it was Gamespot, might have been ign though or something. I found it by going through some links and noticing it as the latest news story, i wasnt even looking for this news at the time.
