I am curious about something in this thread - someone mentioned that their GF has the Middle East Service Ribbon yet she hasn't play Zatar.
A mate of mine has the same situation - he hasn't played Zatar, yet has the Ribbon. I, have played all maps and do not have the ribbon.
The only difference I can tell is that he installed his game from a DVD with both BF2 and SF on one disc - I installed BF2 from CD, and later installed SF from DVD.
I wonder if the source of install may be common to those who do not have the Middle East Service Ribbon yet have all the requirements.
It would be interesting to know, if only so as to pinpoint the cause.
It might mean enough to some people to go and buy the DVD and reinstall..........?! But then maybe it just too late.
