I hate it when someone calls you a noob for using the SVD. I dont even know why they say it. It's not like its as effective or overpowered like the old NoobTube or the new support guns.

I don't like Wake Island anymore. Its too hard for the USMC to get to the Island now. I like the efficiency of the new AA, but its so damn hard to get troops to the main island now.

Most underrated gun: MP7, this thing rox
Most underrated map: Dragon Valley! DV has to be the best map in the game, it has a little armor combat, some nice inf combat, and plently of aircraft while keeping them from being overpowered. Driving around DV in a DPV has to be the most enjoyable thing to do imo.

Same with you, IMO, besides the snipers of course (L96A1) all of the original weapons are the best. And that's the way it should be.

I started playing with the M4 this week too it's a great gun

I actually dislike the SVD lots... pistol is better at close range as none of horrible recoil of the SVD... i regularly beat semi-auto noobs who use entire clips and hit me twice when i just pop 2 in the head with a pistol or 1 in the head with the rifle...

Bolt action takes two to the chest to kill, so? The SVD is pretty neat when you realize it has the same accuracy as the M95, so if you can shoot headshots with that gun you can do it with the SVD too.

I have to disagree with you on that one. It's almost a perfect map for back-flag rushing with that rooftop next to the flag and the mostly available vehicles there.

There not underappreciated, just the lame noobs who are like "Must get more statz n pointz!!!" thats why its all karkand and inf only because its easy to rack a shit load of points. I play Zatar whenever I can, its a great map for Jets especially, a lot of space to dog fight and its not an absolute whoring map, sure you can but the enemy has great ways of stopping that. Tons of AA vehicles, stingers, 2 Jets on the other side as well. Also its not seen as a point whoring map either so thats another reason. If there was no stats I can see this map being played a lot more.

Anyone dissing the SVD is a fucking retard and shouldnt ever think about sniping in BF again. The SVD is perhaps the BEST sniper rifle of them all, once you know how to shoot long range with it your a fucking machine. ID say over half my sniper kills are with SVD, and i can honestly say i havent seen anyone as good a sme with it.[/Hubris]

Songhua is a such a rawking map, 32 IO is like................one of the best maps ever. And id say the Type-85 chinese default SMG, that thing is serious ownage.

Map: Probably Karkand, i know many people play it, and just as many hate it, but it is a genuinly good map! After that, probably Sharqi, brilliant, but not many 24/7 servers.

Gun: Any of the sub-machine guns, the MP-5, PP-19 and P-90. The Type 75 is actually shit though. Also, i do not see that many people using the M4 or AK-74U, but they are really great guns!

SVD is good for close quarters sniping, because you don't need to reload after each shot. For long distance sniping, probably go with one of the others.

hardly... if you need more than 1 sniper shot use an assault rifle... and if you think SVD is the finest then YOU are a retard... the least accurate with horrible recoil and poorest zoom... even the pop-gun type 88 is better due to the crosshairs...

oh and if you did use the SVD lots that'd explain your "LEET" 46.80% sniper rifle accuracy...
