Ok i think I have figured out what you need to get the servive ribbons (seals, sas etc)

5Hrs on playing time, 100/150  wins with team

As far as I can tell this is the trigger.

Mine appeared when I hit the 150 wins area,

If this isn't the trigger I will delete this and start again (new Account)

No, sorry your wrong.
I haven't got 150 wins as a SAS, but got the ribbon.
It also hasn't got to do with best round (BR) either.

I think, I got both ribbons of SAS and Spetz when i passed the 25 hours with my SAS.
You also have to play all maps, where these armies are in.

You can see in my stats that i played some of them for an hour and the rest at Ghost Town.

I think it's 50 hours in the theater that army is on and play each map that army is on. For example you are going for the "U.S. Navy Seals Service Ribbon" you have to get 50 hours in the SEALs theater and also have played Devils Perch, Leviathan, and The Iron Gator.

I haven't played SAS for 50 hours, so this isn't the answer too.

Buffnuggles, he means theater time, not army time (so playing in their maps regardless which army you play with)

He didn't say you had to play SAS for 50 hours. You just need the 50 hours in theatre, as in just those maps, but you need to play all the maps. When you get the ribbons, in BFHQ it will say criteria: played all SAS maps, and time in theatre.

Check the section of your stats Entitled THEATER.
