Your "More Victims" are the "Worst Enemy" from other profiles stored on bf2s.com. The 2 people that vanished from your "More Victims" list have most likely a new "Worst Enemy".

Right now you have more favorite victims because you whooped on those guys really hard. Say 10 kills in a row. That's the worst they've ever been whooped by a single guy. So they show up on your extended victim list. Cool.
However, joe-more-awesome-than-you comes along and kills those people 11 times in a row. That means that he is now their worst enemy -- they now no longer show up on your list because YOU have been replaced by joe.
