CPU messing with RAM?

His FSB is only slightly over 333MHz. Good DDR2-5300 (667MHz) could handle that. If he has DDR2-6400 (800MHz) he could run 1:1 and the RAM would actually be underclocked.

267 is right. DDR = Double Data RAM. 267 x 2 = Approx 533, which is his RAM speed no doubt.
