I wouldn't know, since I haven't lived in any of the above countries, besides the USA, but I'd have to say none of the above.

All governments are motivated by self-interest. The difference is that some leader's interest lies in personal wealth, while other's lies in bettering the country for the people.

Apparently Mr. PersonalAttack/Jumper doesn't understand English. 'Comparatively speaking' implies that all countries are run based on self-interest, some being more mercenary than others. Norway, Sweden & Switzerland being the least mercenary, i.e. the more willing to 'spread the wealth'. I guess that was too difficult for you to understand. My apologies. rofl
