i just thought it was almost freaky since i never see the same person twice on a server and have never seen anyone from bf2s to just hop on a random server and see you playing i just wanted to say hello and that i love you and germans in gerneral but you wouldnt speak to me and i was sad.

Wow. There are over 800,000 registered usernames for Battlefield 2. In addition to that, there are over 9,000 registered users on this site (I believe). For Trigger to even RECOGNIZE someone from BF2S would be amazing - especially if you don't post very often.

HAHAHA - voodoo that reminded me of something today. I was commanding on Karkand and instead of using my mic to tell only the squad leaders that arty was in a certain position, i typed out (inc aps) "arty on the suburbs" or wherever it was. The kid got killed and got RIPSHIT at me for not saying it over voip. I figure telling the whole team so everyone can read it would be better than tellin 4 squad leaders who probably wouldnt relay the message.

But I feel ya - I rarely read the text screen, unless I'm playing with a buddy who doesn't have a microphone
