Please, if someone has some spare troops or money, could you send it over? I have a feeling this will take a while to recover from.

(I'm seeking help through MHA right now).

Well, Doc_Taco's gotten a bit lazy. He sent me the foreign aid PM at 11 AM, saying I'd get the foreign aid "shortly". It's 1 AM now.

And as an added matter of importance, I was supposed to pass it on down to Timmmaaaah. A $2.55 million aid package is a bit hard to put together, I guess.
