Nice system, but definetely change:

PSU - Although NZXT is nice, but you may want to get a sturdier one. Someone recommend the HX520W above, and I would too. It has a high effeciency rate, good amps and multiple +12v rails.

Motherboard - Don't buy an INTEL one. Just don't.

Video - Don't waste your money on that when DX10 is out.
