Get the Gigabyte DS3 and save some money.

I don't know why people insist on spending over $200 on a motherboard with features they'll never use.

I'm having a hard decision between the Tuniq and the Zalman.. some people say the Tuniq is the best you can get, and other people say the Zalman is way better.... what is the evidence/information people are looking at which makes them judge each cooler ?

Also with my motherboard choice, I know for a fact it isn't a server motherboard so who ever is saying that can shutup. Someone looked at the board and said:

"The new Intel chipset is coming out next month, and it will support DDR3 memory. If you are looking to spend 350 on a mobo, at least get one that isn't about to become obsolete."

Is this true ? All I want is a good mother board thatt can support duel core and also quad core, just incase i decide to go quad in the future... I want good parts, but they dont have to be the BEST, I do have a limit on how far I can reach into my pocket... I'm just trying to make sure that what I get will be good and compatible with newer technology as it comes out, the last thing I need is for something to become obsolete right after I buy it...
